Hank J. Holland is an accomplished executive with experience in investment, finance and capital market management across public and private markets, he has successfully sourced, structured and led investments in early-stage growth businesses. Mr Holland has been the founder and managing partner of Pegasus Growth Capital since February 2019.
Holland has previously held senior roles at First Republic Investment Management, Merrill Lynch and Sanford C. Berstein. He received a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Southern Methodist University and a Master’s in Agriculture from Colorado State University.
Former National Security Advisor of the United States, Lieutenant General (retired) H.R. McMaster has a long and distinguished career as a commissioned officer in the US Army, as well as Senior Fellow roles in public policy and academic institutions.
In his role, H.R. McMaster advises Hank J. Holland on strategic and commercial matters, as well as engage on behalf of Amaero with key stakeholders including the U.S. government, Department of Defense, DoD-funded research and development laboratories and defense prime contractors.
Eric Bono brings extensive experience and relationships in powder metallurgy and additive/alternative manufacturing. Over the past 28 years, Eric has held leadership roles across technical and sales functions for various industry leaders, including 6K, Carpenter Technology, Puris, Summit Materials and Crucible Research. His education includes a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon.
Jay Chandran has strong operational and general manager experience with leading industrial companies, Consolidated Precision Products Corp. (CPP) and Precision Castparts Corp. (PCC). He has been the General Manager for highly complex castings operations with revenues of $550 million per annum, as well as managing the pre-development, development, and commissioning of greenfield manufacturing operations. He has worked with end customers in the automotive and the aerospace & defense sectors. He received his Bachelor of Science in Production Engineering from Nagpur University and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Oklahoma.
Mr. Michael ‘Mick’ Maher Joined Amaero as their Chief Strategy and Commercial Officer on January 2025. In this role he oversees the development and execution of the company’s revenue generating activities and strategic direction. Prior to joining Amaero, he founded Maher & Associates LLC in September 2016.
Mr. Maher has served on several corporate and technical advisory boards. These include: the National Academies’ National Materials and Manufacturing Board, and as the Chief Technology Officer and founder for the non-profit, Applied Science and Technology Organization of America (ASTRO).
From 2011 to 2015, he was a Program Manager at the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA).
Mr. Maher came to DARPA from the Army Research Laboratory (ARL), where he was Chief of the Composite and Hybrid Materials Branch and Materials Applications Branch.
Prior to his work at ARL, Mr. Maher served in various technology and managerial positions over a 20-year period in the private sector, including Martin Marietta, AAI, and DuPont.
Melissa Denton has strong experience serves across human resources, benefit and compensation administration, talent acquisition, team building, workers compensation, training, orientation, on boarding, employee relations, and workers compensation.Prior to her work at Amaero, Ms. Denton was a HR business partner at Cleveland-Cliffs and Cannon Automotive Solutions as well as Director of Human Resources at Quantum Restaurants.
Melissa has also previously been a small business owner specializing in the staffing and HR and compliance advisory industry.
Brett Paduch is a seasoned finance executive with over two decades of experience leading high-performing teams across technology, industrial, and public accounting environments. He brings deep expertise in strategic financial planning, M&A transactions, revenue operations, and finance integration.
Most recently, Brett served as Chief Financial Officer of a private equity-backed technology company, where he led a global finance organization spanning accounting, FP&A, treasury, licensing, and supply chain.
Brett began his career at PwC, where he spent over a decade advising global clients across industrial and technology sectors, leading a significant IPO, spin-off, and multinational public company audit engagements in both the U.S. and Europe.
He holds a B.S. in Business Administration with an Accounting Concentration from The Citadel, graduating summa cum laude.
Dr. Arun K. Chattopadhyay is a globally experienced R&D leader and chemical technologist with over 40 years of expertise in advanced materials, powder metallurgy, and scalable manufacturing processes. Currently Vice President at Amaero Inc. and Uniformity Labs, he specializes in metal powder production for additive manufacturing, EIGA optimization, and the development of boron-based nanomaterials. A prolific inventor with 25+ patents and 95+ publications, Arun has held senior technical and executive roles at Etimine USA, MEPCO, and US Bronze Powders, where he led multi-million-dollar plant setups, introduced novel pigment technologies, and established global joint ventures. His work has significantly advanced surface coatings, dispersions, and high-performance composites. He holds a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry and has served as an adjunct professor and editorial board member. Dr. Chattopadhyay is a frequent invited speaker at international conferences such as PowderMet, MPIF, ISBB, and FAO, and is recognized for bridging scientific innovation with industrial application.
Ron Aman previously served as the senior technology leader and principal engineer at EWI, where he led the engineering team to deliver applied research and development focused on additive manufacturing and advanced materials for industrial clients, primarily in aerospace, nuclear, and industrial application markets. He also served as manager for the Additive Manufacturing Technology Centre at Carpenter Technology Corporation. Aman is equipped with applied R&D experience in materials and process development of refractory alloys, nickel super alloys, stainless steels, aluminum, and copper. He was also a principal investigator on numerous US Department of Defense and Department of Energy programs involving niobium, molybdenum, titanium, and other refractories, as well as research related to the qualification and certification of materials and AM components. He also held numerous faculty positions at his alma mater, North Carolina State University, and at Rochester Institute of Technology, and has authored numerous research articles on additive manufacturing and metal properties.
Kenneth Davis is the Vice President of Corporate Development for Amaero Advanced Materials & Manufacturing, Inc. His 40-year career in powder metallurgy has covered many facets of the powder industry, from alloy development and metal powder atomization to metal matrix composites. His career has been primarily focused on methods for the consolidation of metal powders into net-shape and near-net-shape structural components through various methods including direct powder forging and extrusion, super-solidus vacuum hot pressing, hot isostatic pressing and multiple modalities of metal additive manufacturing. He has developed and commercialized critical flight hardware for several production military aircraft platforms, fan section components for high-bypass turbofan engines in commercial passenger aircraft, and structural and electronic components for numerous geosynchronous satellite systems.
Fred Yolton is a well-respected authority in these specialized industrial sectors. Fred pioneered the development and production of advanced powder metallurgy and invented the atomization process for producing titanium alloy powder. He has published over 50 peer-reviewed papers in the areas of powder metallurgy and advanced materials and is registered as an inventor or co-inventor on 12 patents. Mr. Yolton is a Fellow of ASM International. He received a Bachelor of Science in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
David Schmidt is recognized expert in the application of computational-based tools to additive manufacturing. With over 30 years of experience in the field, he has established a strong base combining near-net-shape approaches with computational methods to optimize and streamline production processes. He has applied simulation-based technologies across a wide range of industries including defense, aerospace, biomedical, automotive and materials processing. Dr. Schmidt received his PhD in Computational Mechanics from Carnegie Mellon University.
